Rewards are available to all Herefordshire residents who set a quit date between 24 February and 31 March 2010, register with a Herefordshire Stub Buddy and stop smoking. A carbon monoxide (CO) breath test taken 28 days or more after stopping will confirm that you have successfully quit.
Already stopped smoking? If you quit after 1 April 2009 with the support of Herefordshire stop smoking services but didn't attend your four-week quit appointment, you could still be eligible for a reward if you register with Stub Buddies and take a CO test. Important! This offer is open only to people living in Herefordshire who have stopped smoking or set a quit date within the dates shown, and who have registered with a Stub Buddy. Successful quitting must be confirmed with a CO breath test after 28 days or more.
